All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm Stock Exchange by Goldman Sachs International, England on behalf of Telia Company. Following the above acquisitions, Telia Company's holding of own shares amounts to 17,653,280 shares as of May 31, 2019. The total number of shares in Telia Company is 4,209,540,375.
   
A full breakdown of the transactions pursuant to article 5.3 of MAR and article 2.3 of the Safe Harbour Regulation is attached to this announcement. The total volume of Telia Company shares which have been bought back within the current share buy-back program from April 16, 2019, until and including May 31, 2019, amounts to 17,653,280 shares.
