<div class="abstract"><p>The Stockholm region's new dynamic area Umami Park in Hallonbergen, Sundbyberg is continuing to develop at a fast pace. At Umami torg, right in the heart of the area, BABAS Burger is opening a completely new restaurant branch early next year. BABAS quickly became a name on the map of Stockholm's most talked about burger joints when they opened in Högdalen in 2016. Today, they have 17 different restaurant branches around the country.</p></div><p>We are really looking forward to opening here and through our presence we want to contribute to a wonderful and lively area. We are driven by a desire to create a place where everyone feels at home and safe in a positive and inclusive suburban culture," says Ninos Basho, Marketing Manager and one of the partners in BABAS Burger.</p><p>The love of food and hip hop culture is brought together at BABAS. The collaboration with several of Sweden's biggest hip hop stars and new celebrity chefs has contributed to the success. The business is currently established in 12 different locations around Stockholm as well as in Örebro, Mölndal, Karlstad, Norrköping and Linköping.&nbsp;<br>"We are very happy to welcome BABAS Burger to Umami Park. Their establishment will be an excellent addition to the area and will provide added value to everyone who lives and works here," says Malin Kernby, Chief Account Manager, Commercial Stockholm/Uppsala at Wallenstam.</p><p>In Umami Park to date, three of six new residential blocks have been developed together with a totally renovated modern central block containing commercial floor space. The entire area is being developed with a focus on people enjoying themselves, meeting and working. The proximity to the metro, Stockholm city, Solna and Kista is unbeatable, while Arlanda and Bromma airports are within a convenient distance. Fully developed, Umami Park will include about 800 new apartments as well as attractive new space for restaurants, shops, services and offices.&nbsp;</p>
