After Q3, I was already pondering the same thing in this message of mine:

I might have misunderstood what Levoranta meant, but I understood it as seeing the development based on the (upward?) trend of September, in which direction the company is going, and based on that, seeing the rest of the year as good or something like that.

Uh, it’s November now, so financial management would be pretty pathetic if September wasn’t already wrapped up; at this point, October should also be done.

Here is Juho Toratti’s analysis of Digia.  Despite the challenging market, Digia maintained its guidance for 2025. Achieving the guidance, which forecasts clear profitable growth, would require revenue of nearly EUR 49.0 million and an EBITA of EUR 8.4 million in the last quarter of the year. The revenue target should not pose problems, but achieving the EBITA target would mean a 42.5 percent increase from the comparison period and clearly the strongest quarterly result of the year. According to Timo Levoranta, the company would not reiterate the guidance if it did not believe in achieving it. The CEO noted, among other things, that the support from the Savangarden acquisition would continue in the last quarter. In addition, Levoranta hinted that the company had already seen the development in September. Note. In recent weeks, a large seller seems to have been active in Digia, and apparently, the shares in nominee registers have fallen from 790,325 to 653,743, meaning the sales largely seem to have come from there. Probably a big reason why the share price has fallen so much. Digia seems very cheaply priced, even though a technical profit warning is quite likely.
