Earlier today, GomSpace was represented by CFO and Interim CEO Troels Dalsgaard to present the company’s Q4 2022 and full-year financials for 2022, which were announced this morning. Following a challenging 2022 with a revenue of SEK 198m (-7% decline YoY) and a lower EBIT margin than expected of -117%, the company has now taken corrective actions, which was a key focus during the presentation.


Earlier today, GomSpace was represented by CFO and Interim CEO Troels Dalsgaard to present the company&rsquo;s Q4 2022 and full-year financials for 2022, which were announced this morning. Following a challenging 2022 with a revenue of SEK 198m (-7% decline YoY) and a lower EBIT margin than expected of -117%, the company has now taken corrective actions, which was a key focus during the presentation. Looking into 2023, GomSpace guides SEK 250-290m in revenue (including third-party revenue with lower margins), and an EBIT margin between -25% and -15%, primarily due to the company&rsquo;s product development program. As the company has communicated earlier, GomSpace also intends to raise capital in Q1 2023 through a rights issue to improve the capital structure. Today's presentation also focused on GomSpace&rsquo;s long-term 2030 strategy and the roadmap to becoming an integrated service provider.
