Inderes – Presentation of Q3 2024

Inderes is expected to release its Q3 2024 interim results on 22 October 2024. Inderes’ CEO Mikael Rautanen will present the results in a virtual live event on 22 October 2024 at 12:00 PM CET, and you can ask questions before or during the event.

In the first half of 2024, Inderes realized a growth of 8% with an EBITA margin of 11.2%, which is an improvement from last year's realized margins of 9.7%. The results were achieved in a shrinking market for listed companies, and growth was driven by bigger penetration of the AGM and software solutions. Results are well in line with the reiterated 2024 guidance. In 2024, Inderes expects to grow its sales above the 2023 level of EUR 17.2m and improve its EBITA margin compared to the 2023 result of 10.6%. Announced sales figures for July and August showed 11% and 3% growth, respectively.
