Bawat and Damen Green Solutions increases their collaboration by establishing a joint venture merging Damens InvaSave program with Bawat technology. The new Joint venture will focus on the construction and marketing of mobile, containerized systems.

This agreement comes on top of BAWAT already having an collaboration with Damen to market the ship solutions.

As stated in the announcement due to tight regulation deadlines for installing ballast water systems, is expected that mobile containerized system on port will have to cover some of that market. This is what this new joint venture aims at targeting.
There is no details of financial goals or whether Damen will finance some of the systems ore only market it to customers who will deploy it as Ballast treatment as a service
