Apetits år 2025 började resultatmässigt svagt, vilket var väntat med tanke på prisutvecklingen på råvaror för Oljeväxtprodukter. Priserna har dock stabiliserats, vilket borde stödja vinstutvecklingen under resten av året. Bolaget har under de senaste åren lyckats vända sin marginal varaktigt högre, vilket särskilt har påverkats av den ökade försäljningen av produkter med bättre marginal inom Matlösningar. Ytterligare vinsttillväxt skulle kunna uppnås med stöd av bland annat den buteljeringslinje för Oljeväxtprodukter som färdigställdes i slutet av 2024. Bolaget överväger även investeringar i produktion av nya råvaror, men det finns fortfarande lite information tillgänglig om dessa, vilket gör det svårt att bedöma vinstpåverkan.

Apetit acquires Swedish frozen pea company | Arvopaperi The purchase price is nominal, as the acquired Foodhills has substantial debts. The enterprise value of the target company in the deal will be 60 million Swedish kronor, or approximately 5.5 million euros.
