Columbus expects to release its Q3 2025 interim report on November 6, 2025. The next day at 11:00 AM CET, Columbus’ CEO & President, Søren Krogh Knudsen, and CFO, Brian Iversen, will present the results and answer questions from the audience during a live online event.

In the first half of 2025, and especially in Q2, Columbus was affected by macroeconomic uncertainty, leading to prolonged sales cycles and postponed IT project decisions. Revenue declined by 4% in Q2 2025 (6% decline adjusted for currency effects). EBITDA amounted to DKK 16 million for the quarter, compared to DKK 22 million in Q2 2024 (adjusted for other operating income and expenses). The EBITDA margin was 4% in Q2, versus 7% in the same period last year.

In connection with the Q2 2025 report the company maintained the guidance adjusted in mid-July. Full-year revenue is expected to be in line with 2024, at approx. DKK 1.7 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 7–9%. For the first half of 2025, total revenue was DKK 843 million, guidance representing a decline of around 3%. The EBITDA margin for the first half was 7.4%.

In addition to the Q3 2025 financial results, focus will be on market conditions and whether the company sees any positive change in the current depressed situation, and how Columbus is managing keeping efficiency up in this environment.
