AMP has 20 employees and an annual turnover of approximately GBP 5 million with headquarters in Newport Pagnell, UK.AMP complements and strengthens Addtech's existing operations in the area of power solutions and batteries and will be part of the Battery Systems business unit.Closing will take place today.
