The company offers both standard and customized operator seats from leading manufacturers in Europe and USA. Darby has 14 employees and a turnover of approximately CAD 6,5 million with headquarters in Sudbury, Canada.Darby complements and strengthens Addtech's existing operations within the Vehicle Solutions business unit.The closing takes place today.
