Admicom Oyj: Changes in Admicom’s Leadership Team

Admicom published a new strategy for 2026-2028 in the Capital Markets Day held on December 2, 2025. In alignment with the implementation and execution of the new strategy, Admicom is making changes to its Leadership Team. 

In the new strategy, building a unified product platform and customer-centricity in product development will become an even more central part of Admicom's business. In order to develop product management, product development and support, as well as to allocate resources in line with customer needs and strategic growth targets, the organization will be updated as follows: 

Thomas Raehalme, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will be responsible for the entire Platform operations, including product strategy, product management, product development, product support, and other functions related to Admicom’s Platform development. 

Teemu Uusitalo, Chief Product Officer (CPO), will be responsible for customer-centric product strategy as Head of Product Strategy. In the future, Teemu Uusitalo will report to Thomas Raehalme and be a member of Admicom's Extended Leadership Team. 

As part of the operational model renewal announced in March 2025, the Business Services unit (formerly Accounting Services) was transformed into a separate business unit. Business Services unit has a significant role in the strategy for 2026–2028 and in supporting better productivity in construction for our customers. Therefore, Head of Business Services Katariina Lähdesniemi will join Admicom’s Leadership Team. 

The changes will enter into force on January 1, 2026.
