ALMA MEDIA SELLS NETELLO BUSINESS
Alma Media has sold its Netello business to JMEA Group Oy. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Netello helps customers grow digital sales and develop online business. Its core expertise includes search engine optimisation, search engine advertising, and the design and implementation of websites and online stores. Founded in 1999, the company reported revenue of EUR 1.9 million in 2024.

As a result of the transaction, Netello's staff of 17 people will transfer to the new owner. The sale will generate an approximately EUR 1 million loss for Alma Media, which will be reported as an adjusted item in the income statement.
