The Board of Directors of AMSC ASA has today resolved, in accordance with the authorization from the AGM on 25 April 2023, to distribute a USD 170 million additional dividend as further described below. Dividend amount: USD 2.366 per share Declared currency: USD USD/NOK Exchange rate: 11.0694 Dividends to be paid: NOK 26.19 per share Last day including right: 23 October 2023 Ex-date: 24 October 2023 Record date: 25 October 2023 Payment date: On or about 1 November 2023 Date of approval: 19 October 2023 The additional dividend will be classified as a regular dividend.
