(Oslo, Norway, 9 March 2023) Arribatec Group ASA (Arribatec, OSE: ARR) today
announces a NOK 14 million contract extension from a leading European-based
global engineering company, for Arribatec's ERP solutions.

opportunity to continue supporting our customer with their ongoing
transformation program and showcase our global and local ERP expertise," says

Arribatec has entered into an agreement to extend the ERP cooperation for
improvements of business processes and the related Unit4 ERP solutions, in
addition to support and implementation services of the Unit4 ERP solutions for
their other European-based entities.
The contract extension value is approximately NOK 14 million and will be
delivered by Arribatec's ERP- and business process management teams during 2023.
