<pre>Reference is made to Arribatec Group ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 2 December 2024 and 15 January 2025 relating to the rights issue (the "Rights Issue") of a total of up to 350 million new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), each at a subscription price of NOK 0.10 per Offer Share (the "Subscription Price"). The Rights Issue was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 2 December 2024. The following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") in the Company have subscribed for and been allocated the following Offer Shares at the Subscription Price: Sicubi AS, a company ultimately owned by Bente Brocks, subcontracted CFO (interim) of the Company, has subscribed for 121.100 Offer Shares in the Rights Issue. Following the completion of the transaction, companies affiliated with Bente Brocks will own 145.172 shares in the Company.
