With reference to the message published today regarding the registration of new
share capital, Arribatec Group ASA announces the following warrant exercise:
Terje Mjøs, Board member and primary insider, through Terje Mjøs Holding AS, has
exercised 22 500 000 warrants.
Through this warrant exercise Terje Mjøs Holding AS now holds 46 085 534 shares
in Arribatec Group ASA, and has passed the 5 % ownership mark. His new total
shareholding represents 7.1 % of the share capital.
Arribatec Group ASA refers to the attached forms in accordance with Regulation
