(Oslo, Norway, 10 March 2023) Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") (OSE: ARR, Arribatec)
on 22 February 2023 regarding the Company's extraordinary general meeting
resolving a reverse share split of the Company's shares in the ratio 10:1.
The reverse share split has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the
Company is NOK 193,360,501.60 divided into 69,057,322 shares, each with a par
value of NOK 2.8.
