Immediately prior to 15 May 2023, Heartcore Capital A/S controlled 5.84% of the total voting rights in Asetek A/S, and Sunstone Technology Ventures Fund I K/S held 5.84% of the total share capital of Asetek A/S.</div>Sunstone Technology Ventures Fund I K/S (CVR no. 30589416) is the direct shareholder of shares in Asetek A/S (holding 1,586,341 shares).
