On July 19, the following transactions took place in Atea ASA (the Company):1. Exercise of stock optionsEmployees of the Atea group have exercised stock options.In total, 17,700 stock options were exercised under the original agreements. Atea will transfer 17,700 of its own shares to fulfill the Company's obligations under these employee stock option agreements.2. Conversion of stock options and exercise of rightsEmployees of the Atea group have entered into an agreement with Atea to convert stock options into the right to receive shares in the Company of an equivalent value.In total, 153,000 stock options with a weighted average strike price of NOK 90.64 were converted into the right to receive 53,242 Atea shares, based on the volume weighted average price of NOK 139.02 for the Atea share on July 19.Employees of the Atea group exercised their rights to receive shares in the Company.After withholding of income taxes, employees received rights to 26,593 shares in Atea ASA. Atea will transfer 26,593 of its own shares to fulfill the company's obligations to provide these shares.3. Conversion of stock options and exercise of rights by primary insidersThe following primary insiders entered into an agreement with Atea to convert stock options into the right to receive shares in the Company of an equivalent value and exercised their rights to receive shares.Steinar Sønsteby converted 75,000 stock options at a strike price of NOK 93.125 into the right to receive 24,758 shares in the Company. &nbsp;After withholding of income taxes, he has obtained the right to receive 13,023 shares.4. Transfer of rights and sale of sharesThe primary insiders mentioned above transferred their rights to receive shares resulting from the conversion of options to a third party. The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 136.58 per share.5. New holdingAfter the above transactions:Steinar Sønsteby holds 125,013 shares, 1,291,307 options and 6 RSUs in the Company.
