On June 17, employees received bonus shares after having held shares purchased through the program for the required vesting period. In total, 13,331 shares have been transferred from Atea's treasury holdings to employee accounts. Shares were transferred from Atea's treasury share holdings at a share price of NOK 149.60 per share, corresponding to the volume-weighted average share price on the vesting date June 4, 2025.
