Helene Svahn has been a member of Enviro’s Board since the Annual General Meeting in 2025.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>“On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express our sincere appreciation to Helene for her short but valuable contribution as a Board member of Enviro. We wish her every success in her other assignments,” says Chair of the Board Ewa Björling.</p><p>Following Helene Svahn’s resignation, the Board of Directors will consist of five members, which is in accordance with the requirements of the Company’s Articles of Association. The production of new tires using carbon black recovered with Enviro’s technology reduces carbon dioxide emissions by up to 93 percent compared to virgin carbon black.
