<div class="abstract">Bravida acquires the company Contub AB, thereby strengthening its offering in industrial piping installation and service in Borlänge and the surrounding area. The company has annual sales of around SEK 346 million and 38 employees.&nbsp;</div>Contub AB was founded in 1998 and provides installation and service relating to industrial pipework and mechanical installations, design and the manufacturing of tools for pipe assembly for industrial and infrastructure purposes. The company is located in Borlänge and its customer base includes companies in the pulp and paper industry, data centres and energy facilities. "It feels great to welcome Contub to Bravida. This acquisition strengthens our geographical presence, which gives us greater opportunities to achieve synergies, exchange expertise and provide a stronger customer offering," comments Daniel Ytterbom, Regional Manager for Region Industry at Bravida. Jonas Ehrling, CEO and co-owner of Contub AB, will remain with the business at Bravida. He comments: "It feels very positive to become part of Bravida, which has similar values to our own. Together, we can leverage our shared expertise and capitalise on the benefits of cooperation.
