The main resolution passed at the Meeting was the following.</p><p><strong>Establishment of employee stock option program and issue of warrants</strong><br>It was resolved, in accordance with the Board of Directors’ proposal, to establish an employee stock option program for current and future employees and other key people in the Company and its subsidiaries.
