All resolutions passed by the general meeting are in accordance with the proposals presented in the notification of the general meeting.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p><strong>Directed issue of new shares</strong><br>The general meeting resolved according to the board’s proposal on the directed issue of 1,000,000 shares, thereby increasing the company’s share capital by SEK 83,752.<br><strong>Directed issue of new warrants</strong><br>The general meeting resolved according to the board’s proposal on the directed issue of a maximum of 2,000,000 warrants of series TO 1 2025/2028. The general meeting also resolved according to the board’s proposal on the directed issue of a maximum of 666,667 warrants of series TO 2 2025/2028<br><strong>Amendment of the articles of association</strong><br>The general meeting resolved to change the articles of association according to the board's proposal.
