Despite a somewhat softer Q4 report than expected and a softened outlook for H1 2025, we changed our Base Case driven by revised                              Nytt basfall SEK28 (NOK26.5)  Vi höjer vårt basfall till SEK28 (NOK26.5) på grund av en något lägre WACC, höjda marginalantaganden på medellång och lång sikt, samt ett större förtroende för den långsiktiga TAM-utsikten i Sverige. Med en värdering på cirka 3.6x försäljning 2025e kanske Carasent inte ser så attraktivt ut, med tanke på dess svaga LTM-marginaler. Vi tror dock att Carasent är redo för en betydande marginalexpansion under de närmaste åren. Med en R40 som närmar sig 30-35% under 2026-2027, tillsammans med en mycket låg churn och en icke-cyklisk slutmarknad, tror vi att Carasents värdering skulle kunna närma sig R40 SaaS-företag som tenderar att värderas till 6-8x försäljning NTM (exklusive Fortnox).

<pre>13,319,838 shares in Carasent ASA were Friday, 29 September 2023 resolved to be transferred from Aeternum Capital AS to ACapital CARA HoldCo AS by way of a capital contribution in kind. Aeternum Capital AS is managed by Aeternum Management AS. ACapital CARA HoldCo AS is a 100% owned subsidiary of Aeternum Capital AS. Consequently, no change of beneficial ownership to the shares in Carasent ASA occurs as a result of the transfer, only the direct holder of the shares. Following the transfer, ACapital CARA HoldCo AS holds 13,319,838 shares in Carasent ASA, equal to approx. 16.73% of the votes and share capital. Aeternum Capital AS holds no shares in Carasent ASA following the transfer. No other rights to shares in Carasent ASA are held by any of the above mentioned entities.
