<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Lumito AB (publ) (“Lumito” or the “Company”) today announces that the composition of the Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2026 has changed as a result of changes in the Company’s ownership structure.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The composition of the Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2026, based on ownership statistics from Euroclear Sweden AB as of the last banking day of September 2025, was announced by press release on 5 December 2025.
