<div class="mfn-body"><p><em>Regulatory release 21/2025</em><br>&nbsp;<br>At Better Collective A/S’ Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2025, it was resolved to reduce the Company’s share capital with a nominal amount of EUR 11,177.57 by cancellation of 1,117,757 treasury shares of EUR 0.01.<br>&nbsp;<br>The share capital reduction was announced in the Danish Business Authority's IT system on 24 April 2025, and the 4-week notification period has expired on 23 May 2025 with no objections.<br>&nbsp;<br>Today, Better Collective’s Board of Directors has therefore resolved to effect the share capital reduction. Pursuant to section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Better Collective hereby announces that after the reduction of the share capital, the Company’s share capital is nominally EUR 619,588.70, made up of 61,958,870 shares of EUR 0.01 each.
