<div class="abstract">Company announcement no. 059 - 2025</div>Correction due to wrong number of shares after issue of new shares:Capital increaseWindowMaster International A/S (WMa) further announces that the company has increased its share capital by nominally DKK 175,000 as a result of leading employees' use of warrants.The capital increase has taken place without pre-emptive rights for the company's existing shareholders or others. The shares have been subscribed for at the following subscription prices per share of a nominal value of DKK 1:100,000 shares at DKK 6.01 for CEO, Erik Boyter, and DKK 75,000 shares at DKK 6.01 for CFO, Steen Overgaard Sørensen. The total proceeds to WMa amounts to approximately DKK 1,051,750.The new shares, which carry the same rights in any applicable as existing WMa shares, will be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen as soon as possible.Following the capital increase, WindowMaster's total share capital amounts to nominally 14.737.903 DKK&nbsp;at nominally DKK 1, corresponding to&nbsp;14.737.903 votes.<div></div>
