As of Monday, 20 October 2025, the Company has received subscriptions for shares exceeding the announced minimum subscription amount. Due to the material information published by the Company yesterday, 20 october 2025, the subscription period has been extended. The extended subscription period in the Rights Issue will continue as previously announced until 24 October 2025 at 16:30 CET.
