Elekta’s Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2026
STOCKHOLM – Elekta’s (EKTA-B.ST) Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2026 has been appointed in accordance with the instructions for the Nomination Committee adopted by the Annual General Meeting 2024.
The Nomination Committee consists of:
- Laurent Leksell, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Elekta and representing his own and related parties’ holdings
- Thomas Wuolikainen, appointed by the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund
- Katarina Hammar, appointed by Nordea Funds
- Elisabet Jamal Bergström, appointed by SEB Funds
- Robin Nestor, appointed by Lannebo Kapitalförvaltning
The Nomination Committee will appoint one of its members as Chairman.
