EYE World AB (publ): Eye World and Happybytes launch Nettskjold - a comprehensive cybersecurity package for Norwegian mobile customers
Eye World AB (publ) ("Eye World" or the "Company") announces today that the Company, together with the Norwegian mobile operator Happybytes, is launching Nettskjold, a new premium offering that provides Norwegian mobile customers with comprehensive digital protection. The launch follows the agreement communicated by Eye World on 29 August 2025 and marks an important step in the continued rollout of the Company's cybersecurity portfolio across the Nordic telecom market.
Happybytes is one of Norway's fastest-growing mobile operators in terms of monthly customer growth, making the partnership strategically significant for Eye World. The launch further confirms Eye World's strategy of scaling its SaaS services across both the B2B and consumer segments in Europe through partnerships with leading operators.
The launch comes in response to a sharp increase in digital fraud in Norway, where 9 out of 10 residents experienced attempted fraud during the past year and total losses exceeded NOK 2 billion as stated in a recent report published by the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom). Nettskjold is designed to provide customers with a simple, affordable, and powerful layer of protection against today's rapidly evolving digital threat landscape. The service combines several of Eye World's core security solutions into a single package now available to Happybytes customers.

Nettskjold consists of the following services:
VPN - Encrypted and secure internet access, especially when using open WiFi networks.
ID Protection - Continuous monitoring of personal data with immediate alerts in the event of leaks or suspicious activity.
Fraud Insurance and Legal Assistance - Financial protection for the entire household as well as access to legal support in cases of identity theft, online fraud, misuse of personal data, or other forms of cybercrime.
All services are managed through a digital security portal, providing users with a simple and intuitive interface to monitor and manage their security.
