Through this partnership, FOM Technologies’ FOM photonR2R, precision slot-die coater, will integrate with Xenocs' state-of-the-art X-ray instrumentation to enable seamless in situ characterization of thin films—an essential step in optimizing processes for batteries, solar cells, membranes, printed electronics, and more. Together, we aim to bridge the gap between deposition and analysis, empowering researchers to gain faster insights into film morphology, uniformity, and internal structure during the coating process.
