Freetrailer presents Q4 2024-2025 report

For the full financial year 2024/25, the company generated net revenue of DKK 129.5 million (+22.2%) and a profit before tax of DKK 23.6 million - the highest result in the company's history.

Strong growth in operating profit and rental activity

EBIT for the year increased to DKK 25.0 million, corresponding to an EBIT margin of 19.3%.

The number of rentals reached 1,540,969, an increase of 20.6% compared to the previous year.

Partner growth and fleet expansion

During Q4, Freetrailer added 403 rental products, bringing the total fleet to 5,876 units, corresponding to a 20.7% increase over the past 12 months.

By the end of the financial year, more than 320 units were in production or pending delivery.

The partner base grew significantly during the year. In Q4, the number of partners increased from 193 to 225, representing 50.0% growth year-over-year.

For 2025/26, the company expects to deploy more than 1,000 new rental products.

Capital structure adjustment

In Q4, Freetrailer completed and closed its share buyback programme totalling DKK 20.0 million. The company now holds 248,498 treasury shares.

Transition to reporting class C

Effective 30 June 2025, Freetrailer Group transitions from accounting class B to class C, which changes how financial lease agreements are presented in the financial statements. As of 2025/2026, we will transition to EBIT as our primary earnings measure, ensuring greater transparency and a more accurate reflection of operational performance than EBITDA

"In Q4 24/25, Freetrailer delivered record net revenue of DKK 39.6 million, representing a 25.0% increase compared to Q4 23/24. The strong year-end finish means we are able to present results that exceed our expectations.

We are seeing strong growth in new users. The number of Freetrailer users grew to 724,023 by the end of June. With more than 75,000 new users in July and mid-August, we remain focused on reaching our goal of 1 million users on the platform by the end of 2025.

Freetrailer has had a strong start to the 2025/26 financial year. In July, we set a new rental record with 174,382 rentals (compared to 154,760 in July 2024), and for the period July to September 2025, we expect rental volumes to increase by around 15% compared to the same period in 2024," says Nicolai Frisch Erichsen, CEO of Freetrailer Group.
