<div class="abstract">Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) acquires Håkans Trädgårdstjänst AB through Tranemo Trädgårdstjänst AB and OK Hage AS through the subsidiary Oveland Utemiljø AS.</div>Håkans Trädgårdstjänst AB operates in Sjuhäradsbygden and has sales of around SEK 20 million with a margin in line with the Group's goals. The company has its main operations in Borås, where it delivers landscaping and maintenance services. Daniel Carlsson, CEO of Håkans Trädgårdstjänst, will become a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group in connection with the transaction and will continue to operate and develop the business together with Tranemo Trädgårdstjänst.OK Hage operates in the Norwegian Sörlandet and delivers landscaping services and ground maintenance to its customers. The company has annual sales of NOK 15 million at a good margin. Ola Ketil Kvitstein, CEO of OK&nbsp;Hage, will become a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group in connection with the transaction and will continue to operate and develop the business together with Oveland Utemiljø.- It is gratifying that our subsidiaries can acquire companies and attract entrepreneurs with strong local presence. This is one of our strategies to drive further growth. Together with the new companies we have an even better position to deliver high-quality services to our customers, says Johan Nordström, CEO of Green Landscaping Group.- I expect more acquisitions of this kind as strong local presence is central to us in order to deliver customer value.
