The Competition Authority in Norway has given its approval and the transaction is closed as of today.</p><p>Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in A. Markussen AS with consolidation as of 1 July 2024.</p><p>The previous owners of A. Markussen AS are now shareholders in Green Landscaping Group AB.</p><p>The information was submitted for publication, through the agency of the contact persons, on 11 July 2024, at 11:10 CEST.</p><p><strong>A.
