The proxies are valid only for the AGM. In addition, Mr. Sneve controls, directly or indirectly, a total of 167,692 shares and votes which, together with received proxies, means that Mr. Sneve controls 2,711,552 shares and votes, equal to 20.21%, at the AGM.
