Arvopaperi – 28 Jul 25              Herlinien bisnes myytiin alhaiseen hintaan – MacGregorista irtoaakin 480...    Hiabista, Kalmarista ja MacGregorista muodostunut Cargotec on pilkottu osiin. Kalmar listattiin pörssiin itsenäiseksi yhtiöksi ja MacGregor myytiin Tritonille. MacGregorin kauppasumman on uutisoitu olleen 480 miljoonaa euroa, mutta todellisuudessa...                             En något svagt skriven nyhet, som i mina ögon verkar innehålla motsägelser. Om man utgår från tanken att “Skuldfritt köpeskilling” = “Betalbar köpeskilling” + “Räntebärande skulder” - “Likvida medel”, det vill säga EV=MCAP + Räntebärande nettoskulder, så i nyheten minskar nettokassan den betalbara köpeskillingen??? Nu betalar köparen 70-80 M€, får ca 150 M€ i nettokassa och verksamheten utöver det??? Vad är det jag inte förstår?  Edit: Har kanske journalisten blandat ihop nettokassa och nettoskulder…

Jag tolkar det som att Hiab har varit under bevakning enbart för att Inderes har velat bevaka ett omfattande antal stora finska börsbolag, och Hiab har inte betalat för det. Nu har Inderes bedömt att det lönar sig att endast bevaka betalande kundföretag och, utan betald kundrelation, enbart mycket, mycket stora finska företag. Det vill säga, Hiab platsade inte längre i den nuvarande situationen bland de s.k. gratisbevakade. Om Hiab hade avslutat den betalda bevakningstjänsten, skulle det ha sagts rakt och kortfattat. Nu sägs det tvärtom att avslutningen sker på Inderes beslut, och det måste även motiveras lite.
