SSH Communications Security är verksamt inom IT-sektorn. Bolaget är specialiserat inom området för säkerhetslösningar. Mjukvarulösningarna levereras via det molnbaserade systemet och är i huvudsak inriktat mot kryptering, filhantering, samt rådgivning och support för olika IT-miljöer. Verksamheten bedrivs på global nivå med dotterbolag runtom Europa, Nordamerika och Asien. Huvudkontoret ligger i Helsingfors.

Det är väl Henris/Accendos förhoppning att SSH:s marknadsvärde skulle stiga över en halv miljard och att aktien därmed skulle börja synas även i storfinansens skannrar.

Vad gör man med en sådan analys som bara pumpar upp kursen? Kursen stiger nog av sig själv med prestationer och resultat. För några år sedan räckte det fortfarande med berättelser utan bevis (jag talar nu generellt om aktier).

Precis. Och det är ganska svårt för en analytiker att börja dra till med tillväxtprognoser ur hatten när företaget självt är tyst. Jag tog för givet att tydliga numeriska mål för kort och medellång sikt skulle presenteras på CMD, men så blev det inte. Det är också lite förvånande varför Inderes valdes igen, det finns ju andra som Danske, Evli, Carnegie osv., som analyserar många små finska företag. Men denna speciella situation orsakades alltså av dem själva. Å andra sidan tar jag tacksamt emot när en sådan möjlighet att förvärva aktier till ett rimligt pris erbjöds. Och dessutom är Inderes rapporter omfattande och grundliga. Jag gissar att detta kommer att följa Bittiums bana, det vill säga att riktpriser och rekommendationer kommer att släpa efter ett bra tag. Det vore konstigt om insiderna inte fortsätter med aktieköpen.

Ovanlig kommentar från Österlund, trevligt att följa ur investeringsunderhållningens synvinkel. Men, om vi ska vara helt exakta, så har väl Österlund aldrig sagt att den nuvarande aktiekursen skulle vara billig, vilket gör att “put your money where your mouth is” inte riktigt fungerar. Såvitt jag förstår har han bara klagat på Inderes riktkurs.

Ett ganska litet ställningstagande.. Ett köp på 50K hade väckt lite förtroende, det här köpet på några tusen hade lika gärna kunnat lämnas ogjort. Om man offentligt vågar ta ställning till kursen, så borde man nu också ordentligt visa med plånboken var man står. Edit. Eller nu visar han verkligen var man står. . När man köper för några tusenlappar, så verkar det inte finnas mycket förtroende vid detta kurspris. Han har ju den bästa informationen
