Jumpgate receives project financing for game project at a value of 1.16 MSEK
Jumpgate has signed an agreement for project financing with a financial partner for a Nintendo Switch version of a yet to be announced game with planned release in the second half of 2025. The project value is 1.16 MSEK (0.106 MEUR). Pursuant to the agreement, the project is financed by the financial partner who then participates in the revenue share between the other financiers of the game and Jumpgate.
“We are very satisfied to have the financing in place also for a Switch version of the game, which is one of the three big releases of the second half of the year. The game is a remaster of a historically very successful game with a big audience and will be announced in collaboration with the publisher THQ Nordic later as part of the marketing plan for the game. It´s a great fit for Switch and we see significant sales potential on the platform”, says Harald Riegler, CEO Jumpgate AB.
