Fjell has broad experience from both operational management and financial positions in KONGSBERG as well as Umoe, Fondsfinans and Morgan Stanley. Fjell has been a member of KONGSBERG's executive management for the past three years through his existing role as President of Kongsberg Discovery. Fjell will enter his new role at the time of the completion of the demerger of Kongsberg Maritime and follows Mette Toft Bjørgen, who assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer in Kongsberg Maritime at the same time.
