The shares will be purchased from 6-12 February 2026. DNB Carnegie will make its own decisions related to the purchase of the shares independently of, and without influence from the company, regarding the timing of purchase. The shares will be purchased in accordance with the applicable securities law and regulations, as well as the effective power of attorney related to purchase of own shares granted by the company's general assembly.
