<div class="abstract">Lagercrantz has today acquired 100% of the shares in AB ORAX ("Orax"), a leading provider of products for handling and maintenance in the funeral and cemetery sectors. </div>Orax is a Swedish technology company in Vårgårda, that develops, manufactures, and sells products for handling, transport, and storage of coffins, grave safety, as well as maintenance and decorations of cemeteries.
