<div class="abstract">COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 106Inside information</div>Today, LED iBond International's (LED iBond) Board of Directors has decided to appoint the company's current CSO Flemming Thomsen as Interim CEO, effective as of today. Michael Brag, chairman of LED iBond International, comments:"The decision is made on the basis that the board of directors has assessed that LED iBond in the current and forward going phase of the company's development needs a different composition of skills in CEO position. Therefore, the board has decided to release the company's current CEO Martin Løbel as of today.The board has also decided on an Interim CEO position for Flemming Thomsen who will be supported by the board in the preparation and implementation of an action plan aimed to increase revenue growth and improve profitability. Flemming will alongside maintain his position as CSO for LED iBond and continue the revenue growth that has materialised during the period he has been employed."Flemming Thomsen, who is 50 years old, has been employed at LED iBond since February this year, but has already been instrumental in relation to the revenue growth realised in the first part of 2024. Flemming Thomsen comes with a strong background in sales and strategy and a significant experience from the international LED lighting industry.
