Logistri acquires two production and R&D properties in Tranås through a sale and leaseback – 20-year lease agreement and property value of SEK 94 million

Logistri Fastighets AB (publ) ("Logistri") announces today that the company has entered into an agreement to acquire two properties in Tranås from Strömsholmen AB part of a group of companies that provide industrial solutions. As part of the transaction, Strömsholmen is signing a 20-year triple-net lease. The properties are used for manufacturing and R&D and comprise a total leasable area of 13,150 square meters. The total land area is 33,443 square meters. Annual rental income is SEK 6.7 million. Possession of the properties is scheduled for November 4.

About the Properties and the Tenant

Tranås Traktorn 2 and Traktorn 6 are located in Tranås and are fully let to Strömsholmen AB, a globally leading manufacturer of gas springs and gas hydraulic systems. The transaction is structured as a sale and leaseback, with the seller, Strömsholmen, signing a 20-year triple-net lease as part of the deal.
