<pre>Oslo, 1 December 2025 - Eric d'Argentré, Chief Operating Officer and President of Panoro Energy ASA (the "Company") on 28 November 2025 has acquired 70,000 shares in the Company on open market at a price per share of NOK 19.0141. Following this transaction, Mr. d'Argentré directly and indirectly controls 70,000 shares in the Company.
