The resolutions on April 9, 2025, ere made based on authorizations granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting on January 10, 2025.</p><p>Today, the last trading day of the month, there are in total 259,436,350 shares, of which 233,680,462 are ordinary shares and 25,755,888 are class C-shares, and there are in total 236,256,050.80 votes in the company. The total number of shares has increased with 22,863,558 C-shares and total number of votes has increased with 2,286,355.80 votes.
