<pre>Reference is made to NTGŽs press release on 12 September 2024 and CrayoNanoŽs press release on NOTC today. Nordic Technology Group AS (NTG) has a financial holding of around 14,9% in CrayoNano AS. The management and board of directors of CrayoNano with advisor have not received subscriptions for the convertible loan to cover the minimum amount of NOK 15 million. The board of directors of CrayoNano has thus decided today to file for bankruptcy. Based on this, NTG will write down in full the investment in CrayoNano AS with effect from 31.12.2024 with NOK 80,97 million. The write down will not have any cash effect on NTGŽs operations.
