Oslo, 20 October 2025Reference is made to the announcement by Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "Observe Medical", OSE ticker "OBSVR") on 13 October 2025 regarding the final result of the subsequent offering in the Company, where a total of 24,000,000 new shares were subscribed and allocated at a subscription price of NOK 0.50 per share.The share capital increase pertaining to the subsequent offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
