<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>OEM International has today signed an agreement for the acquisition of Ingemar Liljenberg AB with an annual turnover of SEK 62 million in 2022/2023. Ingemar Liljenberg with headquarters in Vellinge, sells and markets customer-unique products such as cast, punched, and processed components for the engineering and electronics industry. The company also provides a fixed product range of locks, rails and fittings for wood and steel interiors.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>- Ingemar Liljenberg is a well-managed company with products and solutions that complement OEM's existing range.
