<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>OEM International has today acquired Unit-Pump with headquarters in Kvistgård in Denmark. The company is an importer and distributor of pumps and mechanical seals and has an annual turnover of approximately DKK 20 million (SEK 31 million). A strong product offering based on long collaboration with many of leading European manufacturers has meant that Unit-Pump has a strong market position within its segment.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>- Unit-Pump, which has been active since 1992, with its business model fits in well with OEM and by the acquisition OEM's offer on the Danish market is expanded.
